Yundi Li concert cancelled. No refund. Scam!! Those who want to go to court to sue the company and claim for the refund can drop me a message.

Went to DAX on November 25th for my boyfriends birthday as this is one of his favourite artists, absolutely disappointed. First of all, “security” at the door did absolutely nothing lol. Didn’t check anyone to make sure the venue was safe, didn’t check tickets (you could have snuck in for free if you wanted if you didn’t feel like spending the $70), just made sure you were 19 so you can spend money on alcohol. :) I had spent almost $200 on VIP meet and greet, no mention of meet and greet. We were there pretty much right when the doors opened and stayed for a bit afterwards incase it was held after. Absolutely no word on where it was going to be held or when. Long story short, no meet and greet. DAX was amazing, the venue not so much. First time here and absolutely horrible experience. I’ve reached out to multiple emails listed in the venues contact, and nobody has gotten back to me in regards of a refund. I’ve been ignored so now I’m taking this publicly. :) Save your time and money, don’t ever go to this venue. Management doesn’t care about its customers obviously and residing in Saskatoons sketchiest neighbourhoods, they should be taking security more seriously as well. Absolute joke of an establishment.

I have been buying from the FANchize since 2012 back when they were known as “RAPTOR FAN”. Honestly i can say that i have never experienced one bad purchase or any problems with purchasing tickets from these guys. Always have given me great seats for great, reasonable prices and for an amazing experience every time. These guys are always my first option for buying tickets for a raptors game! Keep up the good work guys!

We were walking by and was told the july talk show was sold out. A fellow overheard us and offered his 2 tickets to us for free. We were blown away by his generosity. His name was Christopher, thanks man you made my wife's birthday over the top. The opening act was very good Crown lands, we had never been to the Commodore before, it's a great live music venue.

Need better instructions When we tell us to make sure to tell us to download the specific app before we arrive for ticket pick up and also I watched you guys tell an elderly to download the app for his tickets and wasn't clear about accessibility seating Customer Service has gone down the drain nobody is personable

Poor service, but there is no alternative to it.This is a result of monopoly. How to get rid of this company?

I am ashamed to admit that I had never been to St. Andrews until this month. I was at the VV show and had a nice time. The sound quality was great and staff was very nice. The bag policy was a little confusing, I was relieved that my little purse was okay with the restrictions. I do think they oversold the show a bit, it was uncomfortably full. I'm also not a huge fan of the recent no cash" policy trend that these places are going to. Regardless of my petty complaints

The concert we purchased back in 2019 cancelled finally. They ignore all the request and refuse to refund the money. Totally scam!

THE live entertainment venue for the area.Historic,even classy in its way but Trail is a working class city and this community college auditorium is a reincarnated high school. If you seek the dress circle of Roy Thompson Hall, forget it.Tickets are a snap.The Bailey webpages, identifying date, venue ,ticket selection & pricing are on par with anything in Toronto, without the prices.Acoustics for anything non electronic ,fabulous.The bigger and more massed the amps,like Pink Floyd,rocks the place.Comfy seats.Great Views. Clean washrooms,free parking
