Reform synagogue

I became a member of Kol Ami in 2015 after finding them on Google while I was looking for a reform conversion. Rabbi Streiffer has been such a role model and source of advice for us as we grow our family and I learn about Judaism. What I like most about Kol Ami is the inclusiveness, that there is no exclusion of anyone regardless of sexual orientation, background, religion, sex (women are not separated and take an active and equal role). It is a warm, community environment where you can question out loud without fear of judgement and observe in your own way. We started as a couple and ended up getting married at Kol Ami and now have started a family. We look forward to having our daughter grow up at Kol Ami and make life long friends also.

I don't know even where to start..from the best people that I have met, to the openess that I was looking for all my life and the great prayers every Saturday mornings.

Fantastic synagogue in a great neighbourhood. We decided on Habonim as our wedding venue after looking at several other places (synagogues and other venues). The recently-renovated space is beautiful, bright and airy. Michelle and her team were super involved and accommodating through the planning process. Our wedding day was perfect! Highly recommend checking out Habonim for your next simcha. Thanks again!

Great Rabi

One of the most beautiful synagogues I have been in. The main chapel is very spacious with elegant designs. The reception hall is spacious and good for parties.I also really like the welcoming, reform atmosphere which allows women to not only participate but lead the ceremony.
