Maybe all friendly people moved to other offices.

Had to refuel here because it is the only place that has 100 low-lead at the Ottawa Airport. The ramp was okay and the area had room to park. The things that were not okay:- took almost 30 minutes for the agent to refuel the plane when it appeared we pulled him away from his smoke break- the tech was BRUTAL when it came to refuelling our aircraft -- not safe. He yanked on the hose several times and came close to disconnecting the grounding wire. He pulled the hose across the wing leading edge leaving scuff marks on the leading edge. When he completed fuelling he tossed the nozzle to the ground, from the top of the ladder, narrowly missing the prop.-All of this for a ramp fee of: $70 plus the fuel cost. This is unusual to be charged a ramp fee on top of a refuel. After paying and then asking to speak to the manager, the assistant at the desk refunded the ramp fee for our 45 minute stop.

Worked with a furniture technician from Atlanta Office Furniture. He drove a 24’ truck worth of office furniture from SC to our new office in Mississauga, On. Built out the office in two days.Many thanks to JR Lewis for his expertise and proffessionalism.

Staff is super friendly and quick to get your drinks. Always have a few sandwiches that are made fresh on Wednesdays and Thursdays, that and lunches made to order on Fridays. They now have music on either Wednesdays or Thursdays as well. Nice patio too.

Customer service is just horrible. You keeping calling Honeywell for Fire Alarm design or Security Access system Design. They behave like they are doing favor to you. They should transfer technical support and engineering services from Canada to India. Their design team delays things, not ready to give information needed.
