Took our kids (9,11,12) for their first fancy dinner out. They are pretty adventurous eaters and mildly behaved in public but this was their first (almost 3 hour) multiple course meal. There were other kids at the restaurant. The atmosphere was upscale but also laid back enough that I didn’t feel uncomfortable with the kids there. Food was very interesting and delicious. There is not a kids menu but the restaurant was great and made kid size plates off the adult menu. Kids loved it! A great experience and the best part was our waiter, Stephane. He was funny and kind; asked the kids their names and made all our interactions super personalized. It was a great family night!

Finally had the opportunity to visit this lovely restaurant. We ordered the sample menu, bison burger, and elk stew. Everything was delicious and not overly seasoned which allowed the natural flavors to stand out. Normally with soups or stews, I have to brace myself with saltiness but not the case with the elk stew...not salty at all - I could taste the natural flavors from the veggies and elk meat.As we didn't know what to order being first timers, the sample menu allowed us to try the three different options of bannocks - regular, raisin, and fried. Bear claws with blueberry jam was delightful, as we're the salmon, and bison sliders.Lastly, our server was super helpful and friendly!

A little corner of paradise that is worth the trip from the central area of the city. Really great food and a beautiful dining room. A really nice outdoor dining area where you can eat to river sounds .

Do not sleep on the chance to visit this restaurant! My husband and I went for dinner on our honeymoon. We had the smoked bison, cheese appetizer, cheddar broccoli soup, bison tenderloin, walleye, and the maple pie for dessert. This was the best meal we’ve had in Quebec- Including some much more expensive ones in Montreal! The sauces and attention to detail are amazing. Everything had multiple subtle flavors and was cooked perfectly. My husband loved all the beers on offer and I had some great wine.

My wife and I decided to give this place a try and we were not disappointed. The place itself is quite lovely and the staff is very friendly. Although they were all very busy as it was packed, they did a great job. Will definitely go there again.

I ordered the fry bread dogs with chili and cheese the 3 sisters soup and the rice pilaf and a apple cider slush. The dogs and slush were delicious. I found the soup and rice were rather bland. I'd like to see this place flourish so I'm giving 5 stars. I would definitely try this place again!

A wonderful Indigenous owned restaurant in Quebec City! I came here for dinner with my boyfriend and we had a lovely experience. The atmosphere was great and serving staff were phenomenal. We shared the Sacrifices Yatista, which came with a game puff pastry, soup or salad, the meat, maple pie and coffee and tea. Everything was absolutely delicious but the soup was a personal favourite. The meat was served on a flaming skewer and allowed you to decide how you wanted the meat cooked. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back! They also have a second location on the Wendake lands as well!

Friendly service, great food, fair prices. Had the fry bread, cornbread, vegetarian chili, 3 sisters soup, and prairie rice pilaf with no weak links. Dessert did not disappoint either! Even found a couple things at the neighboring store.

This restaurant has got to be one of the best experiences I've had. Every single plate we've tried were super well prepared, presented, and served. The dishes are unique, tasty, and absolutely delicious. They serve traditional Indigenous food which makes it even better. Not to mention the amazing service we received from Jimmy. He was extremely kind, responsive, available and welcoming. Quite frankly, Jimmy is the reason why anyone would want to come back here provided the amazing service he's offered us (couple of 2 people) but also a group of 20. I highly recommend this restaurant and will most definitely coming back. I live 3 hours away in Montreal, and would drive here just for this restaurant's food, ambiance, and Jimmy's service. I would rate it 6 stars if I could. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Amazing! Was with my kid (14) in Toronto for the first time and I decided I wanted authentic Canadian" food. What does that even mean? So I searched for "indigenous restaurants" and found this place. The service was great and the food was amazing! We ate our meals
