Hotel management school

I actually get excited coming to school! This is a great place. Everyone is so friendly and the biggest thing for me is they were willing to change the start time of my program, so it would work with daycare pickup and drop off. The instructors all want you to succeed and the smaller classroom sizes are fantastic!

I completed pharmacy Assistant program in sprott shaw college. During my course, all Instructors were very helpful, they made learning very easy. They were never irritated, even asking one question hundred times, making sure every student got understanding. Practicum experience was excellent, because I implemented all things I learned in college. Director Natasha is also very helpful, always making sure that all students' needs are met. She let me and my classmate to sit in college during online classes as per our request. My experience with sprott shaw college was fantastic. Thank you so much.

Very good and quick curriculum. Landed a job in BC public service thanks to Sprottshaw’s co-op program! I’d like to thank all the staff who helped me with my education this far. I had bad bad experience with this campus as international student, they took my money but they did not teach me anything so I had to leave school, and now I have work visa, It was long time ago I wouldn't recommend this school. I cried so much only one teacher listened my words, even my score enough pass they did not give me passing course reason why I don't understand them. but when I asked to the teacher they only answered to me 'search for google they have answer'. I don't know how teacher said to me like that.

Would not recommend this school/ campus. At the beginning your first point of contact will be the course advisors, they will be cheery and helpful, they will return all your calls, emails and voice mails promptly. Second point of contact will be the financial team, they will do the same and be very helpful and cheery. You can send 10 emails and or leave 10 voice messages and the advisors and or financial team will reply promptly, until such time the funding has been received in full, then its GHOST CITY! Now to be completely honest and transparent not all staff at this campus are like this, there a few staff that are sincerely there because of their passion for what they do ( Mrs. Anna and Mrs Offelia ). It's just sad that my current experience with Britni Hanna the campus Director has been terrible. My last correspondence with her was February 22, 2023 ( over 1 month ago)...since then at which time there was zero conflict, she has decided to ignore me and not reply back to any of my emails. I'm curious in what world of business/ school is this considered proper etiquette? Admittedly my health has caused some delays in completing my course but lets be real, these things can not be avoided and I had doctors notes for all of them when requested. I am a well known and well respected student of this campus by all who have crossed my path both at school and during my practicums. All I want is to finish my last practicum, work my hours required, apply for my paid for course/ certificate and then start my life earning a honest living. I do NOT understand why this is an issue, I am not happy and frankly I feel abandoned and lost as what to do now? I hope somebody reads this and is willing to HELP ME PLEASE!!!

I’m in the MUC/NUA program at Sprott Shaw. Absolutely love it. My instructor is supportive and is passionate with what she is teaching. The admissions process was easy and they explained everything and what would happen next. If you’re looking for a sign to sign up for Sprott Shaw, this is it!

I am a former employee of Sprott Shaw College in Penticton. The team I worked with is the absolute best team you could ever hope to work with. They are mutually supportive, respectful, and a whole lot of fun. It truly is a family. The mandate of this campus is to guide students with care and support all the way through their program, and then continue to support them after graduation. This is a college dedicated to removing barriers and providing the education and personal attention students need to be successful.

I took the Unit Clerk program, with Rita as my instructor. She was amazing, and taught us everything we needed to know to succeed. I now work as a permanent employee in Fraser Health, hired 1 month after the completion of my program.I am so happy that I went back to school to change my career, and my life.

I ‘ve been here as an ECE student here for almost one year and a couple of months now. The staffs at the front desk are always super friendly, helpful and supportive! I would strongly recommend downtown Seymour Campus if you are thinking of taking ECE courses :)

Very friendly, helpful, supportive and accommodating staffs. Very beautiful location overseeing the mountains and very close to Main Street Skytrain (5 minutes walk). Campus' atmosphere is very conducive to learning. EA instructor was amazing and very considerate. Everyone is treated fairly. :)
