Today, I had horrible experience with Eye Star BCC location. They charge me not agreed amount on glasses and refused to give glasses if I don't pay more. The glasses came out with bad scratching and staff was rough and rude. There are many good optical. I don't this recommend location. They took very long time 3+ months and glasses were not as per Rx. On top of it they keep asking more money to fix it and they were NOT behaving professional. I paid more than $1500+ this year 2021. They keep arguing very rudely.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This store has great deals on lenses and frames. Before purchasing my glasses, I visited every store and town and revisited this store because I felt this store had the widest variety of brands. They had my first pair of glasses ready within a couple hours. My second pair was ordered in free of charge. They bill directly to Pacific Blue Cross.

Dr. Samson helped me so much! Before going to him no doctor knew what was wrong. As soon as he seen me he told me all my symptoms and was spot on!

I bought my daughters glasses here 2 months ago. The service at the time was great, they did what they could to keep the cost down, we're friendly and pretty quick. The glasses have since fallen apart and an ear piece is missing - I took them in to see if they could order a replacement piece (I'd pay, of course) but they have since changed ownership so there is nothing they can do - dissappinting service given the glasses are 2 months old.

After being a patient of another for many years… the ongoing transition to groupe dentaire Laval was a walk in the park. From the clinical staff to Dr. Myriam bouduka everything was just exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel right at home from the second I walked in. The real part that stood out for me was the hygienist mrs Lina. Her carring and attentiveness embodies what a tru hygienist should be. If could rate it 6 stars It would be an understatement. A TRUE MUST!

I decided to go into the store tonight with my 8-year-old and 2-year-old. I wear glasses so does my 8-year-old and my 2 year old has a lazy eye so she will possibly need glasses in the future. I've had a hard time finding glasses that we like so decided to check out lensmakers. The moment that we walked into the store I felt uncomfortable and not welcome. Their were two older ladies and one younger girl, It was the older ladies that made me feel very uneasy and unwelcome. They didn't come out and ask if we wanted help they just stared at me the whole time, and when I asked questions I got a cold shoulder vibe and not a very welcoming response her tone of voice was just not the nicest. I was asked if we had the prescriptions with us and I said no I don't I'm just looking around, and after I gave my response I got the cold shoulder. Almost as if they thought that I was not going to be a paying customer so they didn't have to give me proper customer service and waste their time with me. I found two pairs of glasses for me that I liked, my 8-year-old found a few that she liked and was excited about, And if my two-year-old needs glasses I found one pair of really stretchy ones that were pink that she can't break that I liked. Because of the way I felt in the store and how uncomfortable I was I will not be giving the store a dime of my money. I will not support a business that treats their customers that way. When you go into a store you should feel welcome and that is not how I felt. Unfortunately I will be taking my service and money elsewhere and I will not be recommending my friends go to this store.

I accidentally slept on a new pair of glasses and bent both arms, one a bit more severe than the other. I called as they were open on weekends. They were so kind over the phone and told me to come in anytime today. I came in and they fixed them within 10 minutes I was there. They were extremely kind and so polite. The store was also huge with so many selections of glasses and clean! Thank you so much for helping me out! I appreciate it. My glasses feel brand new again!
