I am here to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your store. I have contacted Best Buy twice via chat and once over the phone about returning phones that I had activated in-store. I needed to return the phones due to poor reception and asked to come back when the promotions for iPhones are better and to change carriers to Telus.Each representative verified with me that I would be able to return the phones and keep the promotional gift cards as they were used to purchase a speaker through Best Buy. I visited the Aurora, Ontario, Canada location, which I was told by Best Buy support I would be able to do the return at any Best Buy, but the manager informed me that the only place I could return the phones would be the Newmarket, Ontario, Canada location. I wasted gas money driving out there, and then I had to spend more to get to the Newmarket location.Upon visiting the Newmarket location, I was treated rudely, lied to, and refused service. I have never been spoken to in such a manner in my life. Having a manager, Jonathan, tell me I have a bad choice of word attitude" and that I was giving them a hard time after telling them I was told by Best Buy themselves and the CRTC that I would be able to keep the gift cards.The managers said the system would not allow them to do it and would manually punch in a gift card while I was trying to return it so they could charge me for it. Consultants who stand in groups and do not approach, there is no interest in work and sales. My friend and I stood there for 10 minutes, they saw us, but no one came up. We decided to go to the consultant, said that we were not from this product and would call ours, no one came, we waited another 10-15 minutes and went to the consultant again.You know, if I hadn't searched for the product I wanted, I wouldn't have bought anything in this store.I would have laughed if there were a lot of customers, but there were only a few.Before that, I visited Best Buy in another neighbourhood, and if everything there was above 10, then here it was definitely 2.

Dollar tree is a fantastic store that sells pretty much everything except for produce. You can buy canned goods, bread, kitchenware, cleaning products, toys, craft supplies, party balloons and a huge variety of other products. The best part is that EVERYTHING in the store is only $1.25 each!!!

I love dollar tree as a chain, and the Tillsonburg location is the one I go to most, however they don't really get some of the better seasonal items that big city stores do, forcing me to have to drive 45 minutes to other cities to find the items I need.Other than that, this location is clean, organized, and the staff are terrific.

Was trespassed after quitting my job, huge lack of communication between staff and a toxic environment when the managers having a bad day

Recent purchased a Receptionist Desk from Kit Business Office in Peace River Alberta and Rob was very helpful in facilitating this. Delivery was on time and the workers that completed the set up were courteous,efficient and clean. As we are located 1hr away the fee to have this set up was very reasonable. Would highly recommend Kit Office and will use them again in the future.

We ordered the back to school kit for the first time and were so impressed how quickly it arrived. Once it got here I realized that they sent us a regular calculator instead of the graphing one by mistake. I called customer service immediately and within minutes the representative had everything straightened out and the new calculator on the way.We are so impressed with our experience from start to finish and we'll definitely be buying again in the future. Back to school shopping has never been so easy!

I visited this place to buy a Nintendo video game for my son. We have experienced the wonderful customer svc with the lady who helped us out to exchange the games. They made my day and my son was so much happy with that. Even though, I could not remember name of the lady staff at the checkout desk, I’d like to say thanks so much for your help. I really appreciate that.
