Land registry office

The lines are long but service is fast once you actually get to the front. They have so many desks but not enough people to man them. Being the only registry in the fort they could probably use a few more people. 2 people is not nearly enough.

Moved to the province so had to change my licence, registration and get new plates. What a pleasant experience! Very personable and professional. Social distancing is set up extremely well. They remind you to sanitize your hands before you go to a window. Highly recommend!!

Sitting on hold from 2:45pm till 3:40pm now Monday September 13 2021 with no idea what or if anyone will actually answer the phone!I am sure they want us giving up!Sure enough nobody ever did answer the phone!Nor was there any indication of estimated waiting time just this elevator music looping over and over again!!Two months later they still have never acknowledged any messages yet!!

I was impressed a great deal today by Chris (not sure of spelling). She was limited in what she was able to do on her end, but it actually turned out to be exactly what I was hoping to get help with after weeks of trying to get the help we needed from others. She was patient, informative, and thorough. Thank you for your help!

Horrible experience. Poor design website lead me to nothing. I wasted my lunch time at work. Our system is failing, slow and sadest part people losing jobs over all this change. You can't call any government office anymore.

I always have a pleasant experience when I come to this location. Lines are usually quick and everyone has always been so nice and great customer service. I took my driver's test for the first time, and my the gentleman was so nice and calm and gave me really good feedback. It was such a pleasure and I passed my exam!!

Good luck getting into this registry the que makes it so it’s impossible to judge how long your wait is actually going to be. No I don’t wanna sit in my car for 2 hours. And no the girl working at the front can take my information for me. What else does she do but tell people to wait in thier car and text? This is pure laziness at its finest. I actually believe the staff had a meeting and actually discussed keeping this because it makes there day more enjoyable while deeply inconveniencing people with a gimmick. And that one employee they seem to have at the door telling people to text the number could very easily be working somewhere else to make the line go faster. Wouldn't that be an idea.

Just got off the phone with one of the employees, kept cutting me off.She said her time is valuable when I asked her to stop.Is my time not as valuable as yours? Go retrain your employee.

The wait time was long but expected. The dirty blonde haired lady that helped me out was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her helping me with my Healthcard and drivers license changes.

terrible place do not go here!! the workers are beyond rude and do not care about you or your problems. i was 10 minutes late and they refused my service all because the instructor “did not want to help me because i was late”. i had a job interview before which was last minute and i was not able to reschedule my driving test without losing my money (which was $155). because of this i arrived 10 minutes late and when i arrived one worker lied and said the instructor went home and when i asked for the manager she said that the instructor didn’t want to help me because i was late. never again will i go here and i recommend you don’t either!
