Absolutely stellar service.Had the pleasure of working with Omar and Luc when purchasing my 2023 KTM super duke GT.Omar was able to answer all my questions and point me towards the type of bike that suited me most.Never felt like i was being pushed or being sold something i didn’t need/want.Omar was also kind enough to reach out after purchase to answer any questions i may still have had and to simply see if i was enjoying my bike.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Soon as you walk in you’re asked if you need help. Even when super busy, they took what I needed done and got it done much sooner than expected. Great price too. Overall great experience. Will definitely be back!

Very poor experience here! Had difficulty finding the parts counter, as it is located at the very back of the store and there were no staff in sight. Once I arrived at the parts counter there was a staff member on the phone, seemly having a personal conversation. She did not acknowledge me, nor do I think she signaled for someone else to help me. I stood there patiently for 15 minutes before another staff member came out to help. She was friendly and had my items ready. though my experience there was brief, I will not be returning to my local Honda Polaris. I was interested in purchasing a side by side. There goes a possible $20,000 sale.

I just purchased my first dirt bike from Dewildt and Mitch was my sales rep. He made the purchasing process so seamless and easy. Always took the time to answer my questions (and there was a lot of those). Even after I brought the bike home he still helps out when needed. Purchased our new SeaDoo Switch Sport from Mike and his ‘no pressure’ approach was refreshing and fun. He was in touch throughout the process and made sure we were informed and confident to get on the water. Learned even more watching Mike, with Rylan and the team, launching and testing our Switch on the lake! And a big shout out to Erica for making the paperwork and bean-counting a lot more fun. So I purchased a rear cargo box for a cforce 1000 lx 2up from here after they assured me it was what I was looking for. I live almost 3.5 hrs away so I scheduled a few work things to accommodate the trip. Upon returning home the next day, I find out that the box is for a 600/600 touring and doesn't fit.I called the dealer and they said they didn't know there were different boxes for each machine. THEY ARE A DEALERSHIP!. I was told I would have to drive all the way back to return it. Sorry about my luck basically. They took no responsibility for false advertising on their web page or for misinforming me. I'm now stuck with this thing or I gotta spend more money to return it or incure shipping costs and wait forever for a refund!. Not happy and never going back! Not mention I also bought a helmet and goggles while there.I guess I'll list it online for sale.
