Amazing service and so friendly. I had no idea what i was talking about when i went in and all the staff have taken the time to answer my questions and help me learn.

I built a three vessel Electric All Grain Brew system from the ground up and loved it didn't think there was much that could be improved, then I stumbled across the Brewha system and was very intrigued. Nathan help me to get into contact with someone that had already been using the system, that was very helpful in making my decision I was amazed. I purchased the large microbrewery 4in1 setup, I never would have thought Brewing would be so easy and simple I love the BIAC system. It has cut my brew days almost in half and it is so simple mash, boil, ferment all with precise temperature control, carbonate and cold condition all in one vessel

Great customer service, facilities and location! We are repeat customers. Nelson is a great host and makes the process very easy. It is a great way to have better quality wine and beers for a reasonable price. We highly recommend Rouge et Blanc.

I've been getting my wine made at Bootleggers for a while now. There is a good selection of quality wines at very reasonable prices. They handle everything and call you when the wine is ready. All you need to do is cork the wine. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Working with Nicole and Denis has been an absolute pleasure! From the very first time I reached out to them they had amazing customer service and were so eager to be helpful, fast responding, and make great suggestions. We made Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio wine as wedding favours and they even helped us create labels and heat shrink capsules that matched perfectly with our wedding theme. Their customer service didn't end after I picked up the wine because a couple of weeks later they reached out to make sure the wine was good. Can't recommend this family owned business enough!

Every time I have shopped there, I recieved expert advice. Absolutely neccessary for a hobbyist with a little bit of experience like me.My only complaint is the severe lack of parking, there are always vans and trucks double parked on this street. You could try the warehouse a few doors down but risk towing.

their service charges are over the top compared to other franchise locations. my wine seems like it needs to age 12-16 months so become less harsh
