Very friendly, very easy rental to enjoy Lido. Equipment in great shape, includes lock so you can park while you explore. Take the taxi over and enjoy more of Venice

Very convenient, just had to pack up my stuff and they came up to the tenth floor to grab it for me. Good communication and customer service. Website also works great; no complaints!

Worst experience ever! My baggage was delayed and the driver called me 5 minutes before delivery to drop off my bag (I was grocery shopping) and refused to wait for me to drive home to receive the bag. It contains my medication so I needed it urgently. He told me that I needed to reschedule by calling the office number. I called twice and no one answered, left 2 messages. When I eventually received a call back, I could only receive the bag the next day. All of this could have been avoided if the driver had called me half an hour before drop off instead of 5 minutes before delivery. I was told 5 minutes is company policy - maybe it’s time for this company to work smarter!!

Super easy, perfect location, really friendly & great price

Great experience with jag. He delivered our lost bags with air Canada at midnight and was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. This company does their best and I feel gets bad reviews based on poor airline services
