Restaurant supply store

Bought a fridge from them. Not a good experience. They did not deliver the services we agreed upon. I confirmed everything we spoke about in writing, issued a purchase order which also described the details of our agreement to which they paid no attention. When I complained, they claimed that they were not aware of the agreement with the sales person, did not understand what I wrote, I should have specified the services on the PO, they don't offer these kinds of services etc. Anything to roll the responsibility for this misunderstanding" on me while they completely failed to communicate internally and didn't read the emails or the PO properly."

Originally signed on as there was a very skilled and competent customer service manager that was dedicated to client support with facilities like our childcare. There were some issues with delivery consistency etc. but she always solved things. Once she left, the issues with food quantities, delivery, and consistency became more obvious. One of the key issues we observed was that the kitchen and the office are not in the same facility, so left hand doesn't always know what the right hand is doing. Food was suitable for adult tastes, but it sometimes seemed that the chef had no idea what little kids would enjoy in a daycare environment. Overall, took more time management and admin on our end then was worth it for the meal plan service. The team in place at the end tried their best to fix things that had been going wrong for a long time (reducing costs, attempting to fix the process), but it was too little too late for our daycare facility. They have good marketing and a great website but the fulfillment doesn't match the splashy logo. Would recommend looking around before committing, it is hard to find meal plan services in Calgary for childcare but there are others.

$15 for a small sandwich? OK better be the best sandwich ever... Sadly, it was not.King + Bannatyne has limited menu options and it's over-priced. I got the roast sweet potato + hummus— disappointing. They didn't make it properly.Really good customer service though!!

Ravioli making class was great, shout-out to Roman owner/chef/teacher from Artie’s. The Chef Supply store is amazing, literally the store has everything but the kitchen sink, oh wait. they have a kitchen sink too ;)

was in little Italy for a stroll and here i come across this beautiful coffee store....as i walk in couldn't help noticing the smiles on every single staff member in that place...so i thought the coffee here must be good!and boy oh boy was i right ,there was this gentleman at the counter who seemed to be the owner, he was very knowledgeable and seemed passionate about his trade...bottom line i left with a coffee machine that brings me joy and happiness every morning and every time guests come over!Thank you to the Faema family that has been in business for over 50 yrs for making my life that much better!!

Joe and his team catered my wedding. The food and the service was amazing. People are still talking about how great dinner was.
